We booked a triple room, and honestly, it felt super cramped. With barely any space to walk around and nowhere to put our luggage, it was a bit of a struggle to move around comfortably. Not ideal at all!

Reasonably spacious and fairly clean venue with a great value and very very helpful staff. Marvellous, incredible location in Sapporo, just next door to the shopping district, shopping street, restaurants, underground station, and shuttle bus to airport, and subway lines, tram lines, underground "Pole Town ". Besides, excellent for visiting a fish market...

An unexpected treasure in Sapporo
The hotel's location was an absolute gem, providing easy access to vibrant shopping and dining options. The staff displayed excellent hospitality, consistently going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Each morning, I looked forward to the excellent breakfast with a wonderful variety of fresh and healthy choices.
While the public onsen was a lovely feature, it became quite congested during peak hours, mostly due to many guests. The laundry dryer failed to effectively dry our clothes, a little disappointing.

The location is fantastic, right next to the
Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade. The breakfast options were diverse, and I particularly enjoyed the customizable rice bowls. One small downside was the proximity to noise, especially in the evenings.

We also took advantage of the open-air bath and spa, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only small downside was that the lobby could get a bit crowded during breakfast, but we still enjoyed our meals. 😊

Karaksa hotel offers fantastic amenities and a prime location near the subway and shopping areas. The public baths are clean, and the customer service really stands out. They helped us with restaurant bookings. The breakfast buffet features healthy, fresh options, including my favorite juicy hokkaido melon, the best!
the lobby can get a bit crowded at times.

The location is ideal with backdoor access to a vibrant shopping street filled with food and shops (it's like having a mall in your backyard!). Breakfast was a daily highlight with fresh, healthy options that felt homemade.

A perfect spot near several shopping areas and restaurants made exploring the city easy. The lounge offered a good array of free hot and cold drinks and ice cream. The breakfast selection was really good, with various organic fruits. The lobby was often crowded, especially during breakfast, and noise from the nearby area could be heard in the evenings. Staff responsiveness varied at times, a bit disappointing.
