The leisure room was awesome, but my Japanese futon really hurt my back.

An unexpected treasure in Sapporo
The hotel's location was an absolute gem, providing easy access to vibrant shopping and dining options. The staff displayed outstanding hospitality, consistently going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Each morning, I looked forward to the excellent breakfast, which had a wonderful variety of fresh and healthy choices.
While the public onsen was a lovely feature, it became quite congested during peak hours, mostly due to many guests. Additionally, the laundry dryer failed to effectively dry our clothes, which was a little disappointing.

The location is fantastic, right next to the
Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast options were diverse, and I particularly enjoyed the customizable rice bowls. One small downside was the proximity to noise, especially in the evenings.

We also took advantage of the open-air bath and spa, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only small downside was that the lobby could get a bit crowded during breakfast, but we still enjoyed our meals. 😊

A perfect spot near several shopping areas and restaurants made exploring the city a breeze. The lounge offered a delightful array of free hot and cold drinks and ice cream, which added a nice touch to the stay. The breakfast selection was exceptional, featuring various organic fruits. However, the lobby was often crowded, especially during breakfast, and noise from the nearby area could be heard in the evenings. Staff responsiveness varied at times, which was a bit disappointing.

The location offers direct access to the vibrant Tanukikoji shopping streets, making it so convenient for exploring. The room I stayed in provided ample space for my luggage, and the split bathroom layout was a game-changer. Plus, the Level 2 facilities with the onsen and leisure hall, complete with free ice cream, really impressed me.
