    excellent breakfast
    crowded onsen

    An unexpected treasure in Sapporo

The hotel's location was an absolute gem, providing easy access to vibrant shopping and dining options. The staff displayed outstanding hospitality, consistently going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Each morning, I looked forward to the excellent breakfast, which had a wonderful variety of fresh and healthy choices.

While the public onsen was a lovely feature, it became quite congested during peak hours, mostly due to many guests. Additionally, the laundry dryer failed to effectively dry our clothes, which was a little disappointing.

    diverse breakfast options
    noise disturbance

The location is fantastic, right next to the

Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast options were diverse, and I particularly enjoyed the customizable rice bowls. One small downside was the proximity to noise, especially in the evenings.

    family-friendly room
    onsen access
    limited breakfast variety

We had a lovely stay in Sapporo, especially visiting the nearby Snow Festival Museum, which captivated our kids. The room was spacious enough for our family, and we truly enjoyed the onsen after long days of exploring the vibrant city.

My children wished for more kid-friendly breakfast options.

We also took advantage of the open-air bath and spa, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only small downside was that the lobby could get a bit crowded during breakfast, but we still enjoyed our meals. 😊

    delicious breakfast

karaksa hotel offers fantastic amenities and a prime location near the subway and shopping areas. The public baths are clean, and the customer service really stands out. they helped us with restaurant bookings, adding a nice touch to our stay. also, the breakfast buffet features healthy, fresh options, including my favorite juicy hokkaido melon, which was simply the best!

    great location
    excellent breakfast
    crowded lobby
    evening noise
    staff responsiveness

A perfect spot near several shopping areas and restaurants made exploring the city a breeze. The lounge offered a delightful array of free hot and cold drinks and ice cream, which added a nice touch to the stay. The breakfast selection was exceptional, featuring various organic fruits. However, the lobby was often crowded, especially during breakfast, and noise from the nearby area could be heard in the evenings. Staff responsiveness varied at times, which was a bit disappointing.

    convenient location
    crowded lobby

The location offers direct access to the vibrant Tanukikoji shopping streets, making it so convenient for exploring. The room I stayed in provided ample space for my luggage, and the split bathroom layout was a game-changer. Plus, the Level 2 facilities with the onsen and leisure hall, complete with free ice cream, really impressed me.

The main lobby can get quite crowded, especially during breakfast hours.
